Monday's two things
It's Mutual Aid Monday!
Item 1
If you are in the position to contribute even a few dollars...
➡️ The Trans Youth Emergency Project "provides 1-on-1 custom patient navigation services to unimpacted providers and supports families of transgender youth with emergency grants to help them travel for care."
➡️ The Chicago Volunteer Doulas are holding a Community Baby Shower on March 8.
➡️ Some individuals (via Bluesky): Fathi is in Gaza "trying to survive with his family including his kids Yamen, 8 and Abd, 6.""Help a Native woman become a bar licensed attorney." "Cori is a Black trans disabled person who needs $78 for shelter every day."
Item 2
If you haven’t ordered free COVID tests via USPS since the latest batch was offered in September ➡️ get four per household here. There was a brief "will-they-or-won't-they destroy the remaining tests" hullabaloo; for now it looks like they won't, but it wouldn't hurt to claim them if you're able. You can always share if you find yourself with a stockpile.
Onward,
Julia
