• Tomorrow, Tuesday 10/20 ➡️ What's next after No Kings? (And why bother?)
• Friday, 10/24, 2:00pm Central time ➡️ Protect RP's next Community Defense and ICE Watch training. These are the folks from Chicago I mentioned above; you don't need to be local to sign up. Follow them on FB or Instagram to learn about future workshops.
• Sat 11/1 and Thurs 11/13 (times vary) ➡️ Welcome calls with the Sunrise Movement. You know how Mayor Brandon Johnson called for a general strike during No Kings Chicago? The folks at Sunrise are the ones who first sparked that flame for me, 10 months ago on a "what's next after the election?" call. They, in coordination with the labor movement across the country, are playing a long game and they are not messing around.
